Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated individual to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and has a history of success. Sales and personal skills are a must. This candidate will be mentored and work alongside an experienced team of financial advisors and will become a valuable member of the team. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing tailored financial advice and solutions. Assess clients' financial situations by analyzing their assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. Create comprehensive financial plans that encompass investment management, estate planning, and tax strategies. Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and changes in regulations that may affect clients' financial decisions. Conduct regular reviews of clients' portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals and risk tolerance. Provide education on various financial products and services to enhance clients' understanding of their options. Collaborate with other professionals such as accountants and attorneys to deliver holistic financial advice. Skills Strong knowledge of financial concepts including asset management, investment management, estate planning, and tax strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly. Proven experience in sales with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective financial strategies. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive client information. This is a rare opportunity to work side by side an experienced team of financial advisors and be part of their growing team. Strong work ethic is a must and they want to work with somebody who is hungry to grow their business and strengthen their practice and the team. Securities/Insurance licenses are a plus but we will help the right person get licensed also.
