• deliver a full suite of retirement plan consulting services, including fiduciary investment advice, investment reporting, plan provider search support, fee benchmarking, andprehensive annual reviews, supporting senior advisors in the delivery and execution of these services
• provide subject‑matter expertise throughout the sales process and deliver advice using a consistent, documented service model, building technical expertise under the guidance of senior team members
• support preparation and execution of annual account and quarterly investment reviews, ensuring fiduciary documentation isplete and aligned with each client's Investment Policy Statement
• partner with plan providers to resolve plan‑level issues, evaluate plan features, and ensure a smooth operational experience
• evaluate participant education programs and rmend strategies to increase engagement, participation, and retirement readiness—assisting with the delivery of virtual education as needed
• drive client satisfaction and retention by identifying client needs and supporting cross‑sell opportunities within Workplace Wealth Solutions
• develop a deep understanding of each client's business,anizational structure, and industry to contribute to proactive rmendations
• collaborate with Financial Advisors supporting retirement plan relationships to ensure a unified and seamless client experience Your team You'll join the Workplace Wealth Solutions (WWS) Retirement Plan Services team in Weehawken, NJ, one of the key growth engines within Global Wealth Management.

WWS is a leading provider of retirement, equitypensation, and financial wellness solutions forpanies and their employees, offering education and guidance that help drive financial success. Your expertise

• ideally, 3+ years in an institutional or client‑facing role at a financial services firm or within a retirement plan consulting environment
• working knowledge of investment concepts, fiduciary standards, and retirement plan operations (plan design, payroll integrations,pliance testing, disclosures, etc.)
• strong relationship‑management andmunication skills
• ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• FINRA Series 7 and 66
