About the Trust Administrator Role The Trust Administrator is responsible for maintaining and developing client accounts. Administers an account load for a group of Financial Service clients. Performs according to the Bank's core values to ensure optimum customer experience. Key Responsibilities Maintains ongoing communication with assigned clients via telephone, email, and mail correspondence. Responds to account inquires regarding statements, fees, income levels and cash needs. Ensures compliance with regulations and Bank policies and procedures as they pertain to financial services activities. Processes bills, evaluates cash balances, estimates taxes, and works with investment managers to raise capital for assigned client load. Schedules client meetings to review account performance, answer questions, and update client information. Processes account maintenance for all assigned clients. This job description is not exhaustive; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. Qualifications & Experience Required A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent level of education and experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines. Ability to work well independently and in groups. Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word. Preferred Master's degree in business related field Schedule Full-time position: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.
Travel:
Occasional travel to events; valid driver's license required.
