As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will beprocuredwith the practice of existing Schwab clients, providing them with wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time,you'llgrowyourpractice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.

Required Qualifications:
A valid and active FINRA Series 7 licenserequired Obtaining oracquiringFINRASeries 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insuranceas it will berequiredduring your tenure on the job.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepenthe client relationshipby ing a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client expectations. Strong candidates will also learn toleverageour team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, your knowledge of the markets, and your ability to inspire action to help yourclient'sprogress toward achieving their goals. Openness to manage wealth on behalf of our clientsincluding:

Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Ability to adapt and implement change as the market and business conditions evolve Passion for community engagement to share and engage clients in discussion about market conditions, sound investing principles, and the ideal wealth and long-term investment strategies for their personal situation Desire to providean outstandinginvestor experience inadditionalto furthering your own professional development in Wealth Management.
