They serve families with meaningful wealth who value clarity, trust, and long-term relationships. The team works collaboratively to deliver comprehensive planning and investment guidance that is grounded in real life, not just spreadsheets. Candidates must have the CFP® certification or actively pursuing it to be considered. The Work You'll develop comprehensive financial plans, investment analysis, and client meeting prep to quickly take on client relationships as lead advisor. We're looking for someone who wants to contribute and build on their career, not just "put in time." What You'll Do Financial plan development, meeting prep, follow-up, and overall relationship management Host client meetings, take notes, and help execute next steps alongside team members Build and maintain financial planning deliverables (retirement projections, tax summaries, estate flowcharts, etc.) Coordinate with custodians, CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals Help manage and maintain internal workflows and client service standards Conduct investment research and assist in portfolio implementation through our firm's investment committee Stay abreast of policy changes and planning strategies through our financial planning committee Contribute to improving internal systems, templates, and client experience How You'll Operate This role is in office 5 days per week. Compensation Initial Salary Floor with % Revenue Payout Structure Once Payout Exceeds Floor (Sky is the limit) Confidentiality This search is being conducted on a strictly confidential basis. Your information will not be shared with the client without your explicit consent. Requirements 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a planning-focused role Bachelor's degree required Series 65 or 66 (preferred) CFP® certification is preferred (or actively pursuing it) Solid understanding of core planning areas: retirement, tax, investments, insurance, estate Comfortable with software (we use eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, Excel, and custodian workstation through Fidelity) Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills Someone who likes improving systems and isn't afraid to ask, "Why this way?"
