We are seeking interested candidates for a Financial Services Advisor (personal banker) for servicing loans & new accounts at our Kettering location. This role is best suited for an enthusiastic, member-service driven person who is motivated to serve our members by putting their financial needs and best financial interests first.

Responsibilities include:

Interview, counsel, and assist members regarding all of their financial service needs Process/open new account and loan requests; service existing accounts. Set up new account files and provide members with all necessary information for membership. Knowledge in all aspects of the Credit Union's products and services Expected to assist in all areas of branch operations on a frequent basis Qualifications include: Live the values: Positive Empowerment, Compassionate Relationships, Transformative Service, and Collaborative Innovation.
