Job Description

Associate Financial Advisor Shift/Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate:
$65k to $80k (depending on experience)
Location:
Centerville, Ohio 45458
Experience:
3+ years of Financial Planning experience; current book of business preferred; Series 7 license strongly preferred. Associate Financial Planner -
Key Responsibilities Client Financial Planning:
Assist senior advisors in preparing, presenting, and implementing comprehensive financial plans tailored to client goals.
Relationship Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for ongoing client inquiries, account reviews, and financial strategy updates.
Portfolio & Account Analysis:
Conduct investment and insurance research, evaluate portfolio allocations, and prepare customized review materials.
Business Development & Team Growth:
Identify planning opportunities within existing client relationships and participate in practice growth initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all recommendations, trade executions, and client records strictly adhere to FINRA, SEC, and firm compliance guidelines. Associate Financial Planner -
Qualifications & Skills Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Licensing:
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) preferred (or ability to obtain within an agreed timeframe). State Life, Accident & Health Insurance license is a plus.
Designations:
CFP® designation (or active pursuit of CFP® certification) is highly desirable.
Experience:
2-5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services.
Core Competencies:
Strong knowledge of financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, NaviPlan). High emotional intelligence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills. Associate Financial Planner -
