Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description What you will be doing: Assist Financial Planner in preparing for and conducting client meetings with attention to detail and accuracy. Involve in all aspects of pre-client meeting activities, such as data gathering, preparation of meeting agendas, client paperwork, asset allocation, as well as post-client meeting tasks. Perform financial situation analysis and coordinate planning implementation with outside professionals if necessary. Interact with clients over the phone and in person. Assist Financial Planner with appropriate support team members to achieve group goals. Assist in trading and rebalancing of client investment accounts. Deliver financial planning advice for high-net-worth clientele. Develop and manage ongoing client relationships independently. Provide input on strategic plan and direction of the company.
Experience you will need:
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) FINRA registration, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents) CFP® or other industry designations/credentials a plus Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to maintain organized systems, follow workflows, and ensure consistency in execution. Proactive, service-minded, and comfortable supporting a wide range of needs. Resource-oriented mindset skilled at locating answers, tools, and guidance. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Effective problem solver with a collaborative, team-first mindset. Strong financial and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a support-oriented role with high visibility and impact. Able to work independently and keep the Financial Planner aware of progress and hurdles.
