In this role, you'll guide and develop a team of wealth advisors and associates, help shape future talent through our associate program, and drive a high standard of client service across the organization. You'll also partner closely with other teams to support business growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure our advisors are equipped to deliver exceptional financial guidance. Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to a team of relationship management wealth advisors. Foster a positive and united work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development Manage and train wealth advisor associates Help maintain the three-year associate program to develop future wealth advisors Ensure associates get exposure to all the divisions in wealth during their tenure Ensure that the team provides excellent financial advice and service to clients Work together with other departments to drive cross-selling initiatives and ensure a coordinated approach to client service Develop and implement operational and strategic plans to achieve team targets and goals and grow the business Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and ensure that the team is trained and knowledgeable on these topics Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage client and pipeline activity Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct Travel when needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in managing a team of advisors. Extensive experience in wealth management, financial planning, and investment services. Series 7, 66, or 63/65 registration. CFP preferred; CFA or CTFA is also desirable. Excellent communication and social skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong guidance and management skills. Proven track record of achieving goals. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving, presentation, and judgment-making skills.
Wage Range:
The salary for this position starts from $80,000+
