Overview As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to brides and their parties during one of the most significant moments of their lives. Your expertise in sales and customer engagement will help clients find the perfect attire for their special day. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the selection process with professionalism and care. You will also be able to make additional income through tips and manufacturer incentives along with company specials Duties Engage with customers to understand their bridal needs and preferences. Provide knowledgeable assistance in selecting bridal gowns, accessories, and related items. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory effectively and ensure stock levels are maintained. Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash with precision. Maintain the organization of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about current trends in bridal fashion to offer informed recommendations. Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Experience with cash registers and handling cash transactions is advantageous. A passion for bridal fashion and an understanding of current trends is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
