7639 Job Summary Financial Advisor Assistant Our client, a financial advisory firm in York, PA, is seeking a Financial Advisor Assistant to support its team with client service and day-to-day account operations. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the trusted point of contact who helps keep everything running smoothly, while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for client account service needs (phone and in person) Open and support new client accounts and maintain accurate client records Provide administrative and operational support to the advisory team Document activity and updates in their CRM Support account/client communication and follow-ups Assist with trade-related processing (as assigned) and other duties as needed Qualifications / What We're Looking For High school diploma/GED Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong customer service skills and professional communication Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize multiple tasks Able to work independently and handle confidential/sensitive information responsibly Willing to obtain (or already have) required licenses (e.g., SEI, Series 6/7/63/65/66) Why Join the Team?
