Full Job Description What You'll Do:

As an Advisor Relationship Consultant III , you'll... Deliver a strategic advisor experience for primarily Platinum-level distribution partners, serving as a key relationship lead and trusted business partner. Drive growth and retention by directing complex advisor relationships, spotting chances for growth, and encouraging service innovation. Act as an internal leader by guiding team efforts, representing Advisor Care in cross-functional settings, and advancing solutions that improve advisor outcomes. Manage financial performance of advisor portfolio, balancing advisor needs with organizational goals. Find opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus 7+ years related experience. Advanced knowledge of retirement plan industry, including complex plan design, compliance, consulting strategies, and relationship management best practices. Deep expertise in business unit products, services, and cross-functional capabilities; ability to align solutions to complex advisor and firm needs. Highly effective communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead complex advisor engagements and influence internal and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of market trends, advisor segments, and firm-level dynamics; ability to apply insights to shape advisor strategies and growth plans. Proven experience leading multiple complex projects or initiatives; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes. Travel required including overnight stays (20%). Licensing will be required based on state/federal laws and/or company policy in accordance with current licensing policy. The below licenses are required within 5 months of employment: Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63). Resident Life and Health appointment must be attained.

Salary Range Information:

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Time Off Program:

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
