Job Description:
American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Commission Analyst to join our growing team. The Commission Analyst is responsible for the accurate calculation, reporting, tracking, and reconciliation of commissions related to automotive warranty and service contract sales. This role ensures timely and accurate commission payments to external partners and internal sales teams while maintaining compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain commission schedules/reporting and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
- Prepare and distribute commission statements to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and external teams to ensure accurate commission reporting
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission payments.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, efficiency, and other duties as assigned #

2+ years of internal/external sales commission processing and reporting 2+ years professional work experience in financial services industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Automotive, warranty, or insurance industry experience preferred Experience with accounting or commission systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or commission platforms) is a plus
