$140,000 - $175,000+ | Base + Performance Incentives About Us - We're an independent wealth management firm located in Louisville, CO currently experiencing strong, intentional growth and are continuing to build a collaborative, relationship-first team. Position Overview - We are seeking a Wealth Advisor & Financial Planner to join our growing advisory team. This role is designed for an experienced, client-centric professional who enjoys being deeply involved in client relationships, financial planning execution, and firm-wide service delivery. Position Summary - This is a dual-focused role combining firm-wide financial planning responsibilities with direct client advisory work. The individual will serve as lead advisor on a defined set of client relationships while also contributing to planning work across the broader client base. The position offers flexibility in long-term career path: some individuals may grow into a senior advisor role, while others may choose to remain a highly compensated, planning- and service-focused advisor long term. Responsibilities Client Relationships & Lead Advisory (directly tied to retention & service excellence incentives) Serve as lead advisor for a defined group of clients, owning the relationship and planning experience end-to-end Deliver a consistently high-quality client experience, measured against firm service standards and client retention targets Coordinate and lead client reviews, scheduling, and ongoing communication Manage day-to-day client needs and follow-up with responsiveness and care Support senior advisors on a broader set of client relationships as needed Actively work to deepen client trust and satisfaction in ways that support long-term retention Relationship Growth & Revenue Development (directly tied to relationship growth override and referral incentives) Identify and act on opportunities to grow the value of relationships within your client base through expanded planning scope, additional assets, or new services Cultivate referrals through exceptional service and relationship depth; participate in converting referred prospects into clients Track and report on revenue trends within actively serviced relationships As tenure grows, take on an expanding set of defined client relationships with associated revenue responsibility Firm-Wide Financial Planning Serve as a key financial planning resource across the firm, supporting advisors and clients at various stages of the planning process Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive financial plans including retirement, tax, estate, cash flow, and insurance analysis Help identify planning opportunities and proactively surface insights for advisor teams Contribute to the development of planning processes, templates, and best practices firm-wide Execution & Implementation Handle account openings, transfers, and client paperwork accurately Support implementation of planning recommendations Maintain meeting notes, action items, and workflows in firm systems Work closely with Advisors, Operations, and Portfolio team members Help identify ways to improve processes and the overall client experienceRequirements:
Preferred Experience CFP® designation (required or in progress) 5+ years of experience in wealth management (Minimum 3+ years of financial planning experience) Experience owning end-to-end client relationships and delivering financial plans independently Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to clients Organized, reliable, and comfortable owning responsibility across multiple workstreams Team-oriented mindset — willing to support wherever needed Experience with eMoney, Fidelity Wealthscape, or Holistiplan is a plus Compensation & Benefits - This role offers a structured, multi-year compensation path with clear progression tied to expanding responsibility and client ownership.
