The Finance Manager for Independent (IND) and International (INTL) divisions will oversee revenue performance management for both sales divisions. This role delivers monthly actionable insights to sales counterparts to ensure achievement of scorecard and P&L objectives. The Manager ensures rigorous adherence to financial standards, proactively identifies P&L growth opportunities, runs ROI analysis under the supervision of the Sales Finance Director.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversee monthly net revenue and net list variance reporting for the Independent and International sales divisions. Work closely with sales counterparts to build Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including price grids, credit memos, and coupons, ensuring plans adhere to corporate guidance. Build P&L for international division and manage updates to international price list based on standard cost adjustments. Serve as a critical Finance business partner to Independent and International sales divisions. Update price grids for private label products. Conduct revenue/gross profit opportunity analysis, utilizing firm understanding of price elasticity concepts and calculations. Analyze and approve out-of-guidance coupon requests. Proactively identify opportunities to improve scorecard and P&L performance. Ensure timely and accurate analysis and reporting. Recommend price grid adjustments within target tolerances. Approve out-of-guideline opportunities up to defined thresholds.OTHER FUNCTIONS
Collaboration with the IT department as required for current and future projects related to departmental initiatives, such as reporting tool enhancements. This job description reflects management's assignment of general functions; it does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 5+ years progressive finance experience. Experience in CPG or Beverage/Alcohol industry strongly preferred. Advanced Excel and proficiency in Power Bi. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Primary work activities are remote. Travel to TWG facilities in Northern California and market visits within the United States, with overnight stays as needed ~25%. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid in-person/remote work environment.COMPENSATION
Hiring Salary Range Posted:
$117,400 - $176,200. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities, education, and other position-related factors.
