Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join our team and empower clients to achieve their financial goals. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on a wide range of financial services, including estate planning, investment management, and tax strategies. Your proactive approach will help clients navigate complex financial concepts, optimize their wealth management plans, and ensure their financial security. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client goals, incorporating estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management. Conduct detailed financial analysis using advanced financial software to assess client portfolios and recommend appropriate asset management strategies. Advise clients on securities law compliance, public accounting standards, and technical accounting practices relevant to their investments and estate planning. Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication, understanding client needs, and providing ongoing support for wealth management. Assist clients with cash management solutions, banking services, and corporate accounting insights to optimize their financial health. Stay current with industry regulations including securities law and estate law to ensure all recommendations adhere to legal standards. Support sales efforts by educating prospective clients on the benefits of comprehensive financial planning and services offered. Experience Proven experience in financial sales or advisory roles within the financial services industry. Strong background in financial concepts such as investment management, portfolio management, and risk assessment. Knowledge of estate planning tools including wills, trusts, and estate law to advise clients effectively. Familiarity with tax experience related to personal and corporate taxation strategies. Proficiency in research methods and financial analysis techniques using relevant software platforms. Excellent math skills combined with a solid understanding of accounting principles and technical accounting practices. Prior experience working within banking or wealth management environments is highly desirable. Skills acquired in these fields transition well into the financial advisor role. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply. Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting. Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
