This role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in wealth management by developing their own client base, delivering sophisticated financial strategies, and operating as a trusted advisor to high-earning individuals and families. This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, supported by a structured training program, mentorship, and access to a full suite of financial planning tools and solutions.
Compensation:
First-year target earnings of $90,000-$100,000, with significant upside tied to production. What You'll Do Build and manage your own book of business by developing relationships and sourcing new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach Design and implement comprehensive financial plans across cash flow, investments, risk management, tax strategy, and estate planning Provide tailored recommendations aligned with each client's goals, time horizon, and risk profile Guide clients through key financial decisions, acting as a long-term strategic partner in their personal economy Continuously review and optimize client plans as circumstances evolve Leverage a wide range of financial solutions, including investment portfolios, insurance strategies, and retirement planning vehicles Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to deepen technical expertise and advisory capabilities What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies Entrepreneurial drive with a desire to build a business and control your own income trajectory High level of coachability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Client-first mentality with a focus on long-term relationship building Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred Prior experience in sales, consulting, or client-facing roles is a plus Professional Development Structured training program focused on financial planning, investment strategies, and client acquisition Support in obtaining FINRA licenses and industry certifications Ongoing mentorship from senior advisors and leadership Clear path for growth into a fully independent advisor managing a substantial book of business Why This Role This is not a traditional salaried position.
