Job Description

You can close. So why does your firm still make prospecting your real job? At Secure Money Advisors, we built an education-first marketing engine — workshops, radio, television — that puts qualified retirement households on the calendar. Now we're opening a King of Prussia office to serve greater Philadelphia, and we need one proven advisor to sit at the front of it: run the meetings, deliver the plan, ask for the business, and participate in the revenue you create. If your best work happens across the table from a prospect, keep reading. What you'll do Meet warm, firm-generated prospects — pre-retirees and retirees who found us through workshops, radio, TV, and educational content, not through your personal network. Lead discovery across retirement income, investments, taxes, estate coordination, healthcare, and risk. Present integrated recommendations across advisory, income, annuity, and insurance solutions — including fixed index annuities where they fit the plan — and close the right business. Own the client relationship while planning, case preparation, paperwork, and service teams carry the load behind you. What you get Expected first-year total compensation of $95,000-$300,000+ — negotiable, not commission-only, structured as a base plus a meaningful percentage of the revenue you generate, with income support from day one. A calendar built by the firm's marketing engine, so your time goes to advising and closing instead of cold outreach. The lead-advisor seat in a new metro-Philadelphia office, backed by an established retirement-planning firm, its process, and its support team. A platform spanning advisory, retirement-income, annuity, and insurance solutions — more ways to solve the whole problem for every household you sit with. Who this is for You've personally closed complex retirement-planning or wealth-management business, and you can prove it — funded relationships, real conversion, your name on the close. You run a plan-first, fiduciary-minded process, and you're open to recommending a fixed index annuity when it's genuinely right for the client. And you'd rather have a firm fill your calendar than chase maximum payout on a book you have to build alone. Who it is not for Fee-only purists who won't consider appropriate annuity solutions, educators who never ask for the business, and advisors who need remote work or an inherited book to succeed. What you need An active Series 65 or Series 66 (or a CFP, CPA, or CFA designation). An active life insurance license. The ability to work full-time, in person, from our King of Prussia office. If you're the closer we just described, we'd like to meet you — and we're prepared to build the economics around what you can prove.
