What Youll DoConduct high-volume outreach (100+ touchpoints/day) to RIAs, wealth managers, and small hedge funds via calls, emails, and Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools, tracking every interaction from first contact to onboardingDeliver compelling product demonstrations of the Amaltash platform, tailoring the pitch to each prospects investment philosophy and client baseGuide new clients through the onboarding process from account setup to first strategy deploymentMaintain and deepen relationships with onboarded clients through regular portfolio reviews, strategy performance updates, and proactive check-insCollaborate with the product and strategy teams to relay client feedback and identify new strategy opportunitiesTrack and report on key metrics: outreach volume, conversion rates, AUM onboarded, and client satisfactionRepresent Amaltash at industry events, conferences, and networking functionsWho You Are2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a client-facing advisory roleProven track record of high-volume client prospecting and relationship buildingDeep understanding of the RIA and independent wealth management ecosystemComfortable making 100+ cold calls per day and turning rejection into opportunityExcellent communicator who can simplify complex quantitative strategies for non-technical audiencesSelf-starter with entrepreneurial energy you dont wait to be told what to doFamiliarity with algorithmic trading, quantitative strategies, or fintech platforms is a major plusBachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferredRequired Licenses & CertificationsFINRA Series 65 or Series 7+66 preferred gives you immediate credibility in conversations with advisors and may be required as the role evolvesFamiliarity with the RIA, wealth management, and hedge fund ecosystem is required you need to speak the language fluentlyMust be able to discuss portfolio construction, risk parameters, and strategy performance intelligently with licensed professionals
CFP, CFA
Level I+, or CAIA designations are a strong plusPrior experience at a wirehouse, RIA, broker-dealer, or fintech serving the advisory channel is strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits$55,000 annualized base salary during the 3-month contract period (W-2, not 1099)Upon conversion to full-time: $65,000-$80,000 base salary depending on performance tier achieved during contract periodOngoing commission on AUM you source you eat what you kill, and the upside is uncappedEquity participation for top performers upon full-time conversion this is a ground-floor opportunity you wont get at a big bankPerformance bonuses tied to client acquisition milestones: qualified meetings booked, clients onboarded, AUM deployedHybrid work model flexibility to work remotely with regular in-person collaboration days in San FranciscoAccess to Amaltashs full platform and strategy suite for your own professional developmentWhy Amaltash?
