Commission and Fees | Licensing Support Provided About This Opportunity Castle Capital Management is looking for a motivated, coachable individual who is serious about building a career as a financial advisor. This is not a call-center or transaction-processing role it is a structured development path for someone who wants to learn financial planning from the ground up, build their own client base, and grow into a full-fledged advisor. You will work directly with an experienced, CEPA
  • designated advisor, learning our planning process, developing prospecting skills, and earning the licenses required to serve clients independently.
What You'll Be Doing Prospecting for new clients through referrals, networking, introductions, and outreach business development is a core part of this role from day one Sitting in on and eventually leading client discovery and financial planning meetings Learning and applying our comprehensive financial planning process from initial discovery through plan presentation and implementation Building financial plans and recommendations under senior advisor guidance Supporting client service and follow-up to build lasting relationships Participating in ongoing training, study groups, and professional development Progressing toward full advisor responsibilities as you hit licensing and performance milestones Licensing Requirements Must hold or obtain a state life & health insurance license before client-facing activity begins Must pass the Series 65 (Investment Adviser Representative) exam within 12 months of hire Study materials, exam fees, and licensing guidance are provided Who We're Looking For Genuine interest in financial planning as a long-term career you want to be an advisor, not just work around advisors Entrepreneurial mindset you are comfortable prospecting, asking for referrals, and building a pipeline Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients of all backgrounds Coachable and process-oriented you follow a system and improve within it Self-directed and accountable; you do not need to be micromanaged 1-3 years of experience in sales, financial services, insurance, or a client-facing professional role (preferred, not required) Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience or licensure may substitute Why Castle Capital Management Direct mentorship from a CEPA
