Deloitte's Engagement Financial Advisor (EFA) team is comprised of professionals specializing in Deloitte engagement economics & financial metrics, account operations and risk management. EFAs provide high-quality engagement financial management activities through all aspects of the full project life cycle. Their greatest value, however, is in the understanding and application of engagement business and financial processes, both to individual projects and to client accounts. Work you'll do As an Account and Engagement Finance Services Associate on the Engagement Financial Advisor (EFA) team, you will be responsible for supporting engagement financial management activities across the project life cycle, with a focus on revenue, margins, and cost of delivery.

You will:

• Support engagement leadership in managing revenue and margins by monitoring cost of delivery and overall engagement profitability
• Maintain compliance with client policies and perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis
• Support engagement billing and receivables processes and help monitor engagement financial performance
• Develop and track key performance indicators and communicate with engagement teams, finance, and other stakeholders to help keep work on track and within scope
• Collaborate with other EFAs across the practice, including practitioners in India, to support engagement financial management activities A successful candidate would possess these skills:
