Within our ecosystem — spanning insurance, real estate, and financial services — our advisors deploy sophisticated strategies designed to accelerate client portfolios, reduce or eliminate tax liabilities, and outpace inflation. This is not entry-level insurance sales. This is wealth architecture. Position Overview We are seeking driven, coachable professionals to join the Wealth Management Department of Max Life Agency as Wealth Management Associates. In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to identify financial needs, design tailored wealth strategies, and help clients make decisions that build lasting financial legacies. As part of a nationally recognized FMO representing carriers such as Pac Life, AIG, Mutual of Omaha, and Nationwide, you will have access to industry-leading products, a proven sales system, and a structured leadership development path. We do not cold call, door knock, or purchase leads. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to assess financial protection, accumulation, and legacy planning needs Design and present advanced wealth strategies utilizing life insurance, annuities, and alternative financial vehicles Educate clients on tax-advantaged solutions and portfolio acceleration strategies Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and referral systems Develop your book of business through agent and client acquisition systems Build and collaborate with cross-industry teams — including professionals from real estate, tax, legal, mortgage, and family office ecosystems — to ensure clients always have the best options at the table Participate in team training, workshops, and leadership development initiatives What We Offer Licensing support and exam preparation resources World-class sales training and advanced markets education A clear leadership development path from Associate to Managing Director Flexible, hybrid schedule with the ability to work from home Uncapped commission structure with annual earning potential of $75K-$250K+ Access to a national network of 680+ licensed agents and proven systems Health insurance benefits available What We Are Looking For Current life insurance license or strong willingness to obtain one Self-motivated professionals with strong communication skills and a professional presence Coachable, growth-minded individuals with high follow-through Ability to work independently and manage activity within a hybrid environment A collaborative mindset and the ability to network across industries to build a team around your clients Genuine interest in wealth-building, financial literacy, and client transformation Backgrounds That Translate Well Sales Real Estate Mortgage Financial Services Tax/Accounting Business Development Hospitality Customer Service Athletics / Coaching HR / Recruiting Legal Qualifications Ability to obtain (or currently hold) a state life insurance license Dedicated home office with reliable internet High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication skills and a professional presence
