Compensation:

$100,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Work within a hybrid model, attending in-person meetings and training sessions as required. Provide guidance on insurance, investments, and retirement planning. Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements. Utilize marketing tools and resources to grow your client base. Engage in structured coaching, mentorship, and training programs.

Qualifications:

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. No prior experience in finance is required—comprehensive training is provided. Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Must be authorized to work in the US.
