Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Vice President Financial Advisor to join our team, specializing in delivering comprehensive wealth management and financial advisory services to existing high-net-worth clients in addition to contributing and identifying growth opportunities in business management and operations. This is both a producer and business administrtion role. There is a salary and commission potential for licensed applicants. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge, technical expertise, and client relationship management skills. Your leadership will drive the development of innovative investment solutions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and foster long-term company growth. Advanced degree will be considered as well. Licensing in health, series 7 and 66 are required. Responsibilities Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, incorporating estate planning, tax strategies, securities law considerations, and investment management. Provide expert guidance on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law to optimize wealth transfer and asset protection strategies. Maintain deep industry knowledge of financial regulations, securities law, and compliance standards to ensure all advice adheres to legal requirements. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and client reviews using advanced financial software and tools to evaluate client portfolios and recommend appropriate investment products. Manage client relationships through proactive communication, regular portfolio reviews, and tailored financial advice to meet evolving needs. Oversee investment management advisory services, including cash management, asset allocation, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization. Support lead advisor by coordinating with legal and tax professionals to deliver integrated wealth management solutions. Asses, identify and implement business planning growth opportunities. Experience Proven track record practicing in the securities industry with extensive experience in financial sales, wealth management, or investment advisory roles. Deep expertise in estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and tax experience relevant to high-net-worth individuals. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, banking services expertise, and industry knowledge of financial regulations such as FINRA standards. Demonstrated ability in client relationship management with excellent communication skills for engaging diverse client profiles. Proficiency in financial analysis software, research tools, and technical accounting practices used within public accounting or asset management sectors. Prior experience managing complex investment portfolios while ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations. Knowledge of financial concepts including cash flow analysis, risk assessment, portfolio diversification strategies, and industry best practices in asset management.
