- Performance-based earnings and revenue1: o Average advisor annual earnings of $61K-$119K (based on 2018-2023 company average for representatives in the first 3 years) o Top 25% advisor annual earnings of $137K-$250K (based on 2018-2023 company data for top quartile advisors in the first 3 years)
