This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone looking to build a career in financial planning within a supportive, growth-oriented environment. About the Role This position is ideal for a candidate who is detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and interested in developing deep expertise in financial planning over time. Due to the nature of the role and training investment, we are specifically seeking someone committed to living and working in the Knoxville area long-term. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to advisors
  • Maintain and service existing client relationships (no cold calling or sales quotas)
  • Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance
  • Support financial planning processes and client communications Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance (UTK preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Interest in a long-term career in financial planning
  • Commitment to remaining in Knoxville Licensing & Development
  • Must obtain Series 7 license within 12 months (firm-sponsored)
