Job Description

We are a well-established wealth management firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Financial Advisor to support our advisory team and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role partners closely with the Founder/Lead Financial Advisor and Director of Operations and plays a key role in client service, financial planning support, and operational coordination. Training and mentorship are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow within a professional advisory practice. Responsibilities Serve as a primary service contact for clients Support financial planning and prepare materials for client meetings Participate in client meetings and manage follow-up items Address client inquiries, service issues, and rollover requests Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial plans Assist clients in understanding financial products and next steps Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements Stay informed on financial products, markets, and industry trends Qualifications 1-3+ years of wealth management experience preferred (not required) Series 7, Series 65, and State Life & Health licenses (or ability to obtain within first 6 months) Strong communication and organizational skills Customer-service mindset with comfort in client-facing interactions Preferred Qualifications Solid understanding of financial planning concepts and investment products Interest in advising across investments, cash management, qualified plans, real estate, and credit Basic knowledge of tax considerations and account structures Progress toward CFP®, CFA® or similar designation a plus
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$65,000-$80,000 (based on experience) Performance-based bonus Competitive benefits package including: Paid time off, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, and a matching retirement plan
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
