This opportunity is designed for a high-performing advisor who wants greater independence, stronger economics, and a better platform for serving clients — without having to build an entire business from scratch. This is a 1099 independent advisor opportunity with a revenue-sharing structure ranging from 60% to 90%, access to an existing professional office location in Amarillo, and support from an established Registered Investment Advisor. For the right long-term advisor, future equity participation opportunities may be available based on performance, cultural fit, revenue growth, and strategic contribution to the firm. We are expanding our presence in Amarillo and are seeking the right advisor to represent and grow the firm locally. The Opportunity As the Lead Financial Advisor / Market Lead for our Amarillo office, you will have the opportunity to build, serve, and grow client relationships while benefiting from the infrastructure, brand, systems, and support of Millennial Wealth Management. This role is ideal for an advisor who wants the autonomy and earning potential of independence, but does not want the full cost, risk, and operational burden of launching a standalone advisory firm.

Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a highly competitive revenue-sharing model. Advisor revenue share ranges from 60% to 90% and is determined by a combination of: Advisor experience Revenue production Professional credentials Portable client relationships Portable assets under management Business development capability Client service experience Strategic fit with the firm Long-term growth potential Our model is designed to reward advisors who generate meaningful revenue, bring strong client relationships, and help grow the Amarillo office. Highly qualified advisors with an existing book of business, strong production history, advanced credentials, or significant growth potential may qualify for customized economics. Responsibilities The Lead Financial Advisor / Market Lead will help grow and serve the Amarillo market while representing Millennial Wealth Management with professionalism, integrity, and a strong fiduciary mindset.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary advisor for client relationships Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment management advice Build and deepen long-term client relationships Grow advisory revenue through referrals, centers of influence, and business development Represent the firm in the Amarillo community Collaborate with firm leadership on local market growth Maintain a fiduciary standard in all client interactions Support a high-quality client experience consistent with the firm's planning-first approach Help establish Millennial Wealth Management as a trusted advisory firm in the Amarillo market Ideal Candidate We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial advisor who wants to grow within a high-integrity advisory firm. The ideal candidate has already proven they can build trust with clients and now wants a better platform, stronger payout, greater autonomy, and more long-term upside. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Investment Advisor, or Financial Planner Appropriate advisory licensing or registration, such as Series 65, Series 66, or equivalent Strong understanding of financial planning and investment management Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships High ethical standards and commitment to fiduciary advice Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to develop business and grow client relationships Desire to maintain a local presence in the Amarillo market Preferred Qualifications CFP® designation Existing portable book of business Demonstrated revenue production Existing client relationships or portable assets under management Experience serving high-income professionals, business owners, executives, or high-net-worth families Strong local relationships in Amarillo or the surrounding region Prior experience in an independent RIA, wirehouse, broker-dealer, bank, or planning-focused advisory firm Interest in long-term leadership and potential equity participation within a growing advisory firm Who This Is For This opportunity may be a strong fit if you are an advisor who is asking: Why am I keeping only a fraction of the revenue I generate?
