Job Description The Asset Management Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and play a critical role in supporting the financial and operational performance of a commercial real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will partner with third-party property management and leasing teams to maximise asset value and support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate asset performance and investment opportunities Review monthly, quarterly, and annual property financial statements, identifying trends and performance drivers Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, providing actionable recommendations Monitor key asset performance metrics including Net Operating Income, occupancy, leasing activity, debt service coverage, and loan-to-value ratios Assist with budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditure tracking, and business plan execution Partner with third-party property management firms to review operating performance and ensure budget adherence Prepare executive-level reporting, asset reviews, valuation analyses, and strategic recommendations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
