ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our Client is a Registered Investment Advisor focused on delivering exceptional service and personalized financial guidance to its clients. The firm prioritizes long-term client relationships and is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Advisor to support senior advisors and enhance the overall client experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Advisor will play a key role in supporting senior advisors with financial planning, client onboarding, account administration, and ongoing client service. This is an in-office position based in Houston, Texas, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and advisors in a collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide ongoing service and support to senior advisors and their clients Facilitate financial plan development and implementation Gather client-submitted financial documents and statements Organize relevant planning inputs and information Identify planning opportunities and develop preliminary recommendations Manage the client onboarding experience Prepare and process account opening paperwork Interact with clients throughout account transitions Identify, track, and follow up on outstanding onboarding items Assist with incoming requests from prospects and clients via phone and email Prepare plan and account updates for client meetings Follow up on meeting action items as necessary Perform additional service-related and operational duties to support the management team
QUALIFICATIONS
Series 65 license or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks while working quickly and accurately Effective and concise communication skills Resourceful and proactive work style with a strong sense of ownership Pleasant attitude and approachable demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and overall comfort using technology Experience with Advyzon or other CRM systems preferred
