The Community Partnerships Associate ensures every partnership reinforces our brand's dedication to charitable sales success. As a Community Partnerships Associate, you will be trained to become a trusted advocate for our fundraising efforts. We immerse you in the world of charitable partnerships: covering the local nonprofits, their missions, and the impact of community support. The Community Partnerships Associate will then identify our client's passions, present opportunities to give back, and inspire action with confidence. Responsibilities of the Community Partnerships Associate Participate in in-person client acquisition and sales tasks that connect charitable causes with our clients seeking meaningful ways to contribute. Assist in developing strategic partnerships in person that increase visibility, strengthen outreach efforts, and broaden community support. Drive in-person sales and fundraising growth by helping our clients understand the tangible impact of their contributions. Serve as an approachable resource for clients seeking information about charitable campaigns, initiatives, and community programs. Encourage community involvement by sharing compelling stories, sales goals, and opportunities for participation. Support outreach efforts by building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with current and future clients. Qualifications of the Community Partnerships Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in sales, charity, or customer service is a plus. Matches clients with giving opportunities using a consultative sales approach. Works toward outreach and fundraising goals with a consistent sales focus. Identifies community needs and frames them as partnership opportunities.
