Full Job Description Role:
Financial Advisor responsible for developing client relationships, providing advice, and supporting financial and estate planning needs.
Responsibilities:
Drive market growth, revenue, and profitability goals. Communicate the firm's value proposition and advice-based services. Develop client relationships through internal and external referral sources. Coordinate with teams in Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance, and Family Office. Conduct client meetings, annual reviews, and evaluate financial objectives. Stay informed on market trends and investment solutions. Engage community networks for business development.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Financial Services. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Licenses:
Series 7, and either 66 or 63/65; Life & Health certifications; additional certifications encouraged. Strong consultative sales, business development, and communication skills.
