Full training and mentorship program in sales, finance, leadership, and entrepreneurship. 100% Commissions based opportunity with uncapped earnings. No prior experience required. Overview As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning and investment strategies. You will assess clients' financial situations, provide tailored advice, and develop long-term relationships based on trust and expertise. This position requires a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and objectives. Develop personalized financial plans that encompass investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning. Provide guidance on securities law and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations. Manage client portfolios, making adjustments as necessary to align with market trends and client goals. Utilize financial software to analyze data and present clear recommendations to clients. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to review their financial status and make necessary adjustments to their plans. Stay informed about market trends, economic changes, and new financial products to provide the best advice possible. Collaborate with other professionals in corporate accounting or technical accounting as needed for comprehensive client service. Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills: Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and practices. Familiarity with securities law and compliance regulations. Expertise in estate planning strategies. Proven experience in financial sales or advisory roles. Excellent mathematical skills for analyzing data and creating forecasts. Understanding of corporate accounting principles. Proficiency in using various financial software tools for analysis and reporting. Experience in portfolio management techniques. Knowledge of cash management practices to optimize client resources.
