full-time Financial Services Associate Remote / Hybrid Options Available Part-Time or Full-Time We are expanding our financial services team and are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a long-term career in the financial industry. No prior experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support throughout the licensing process. Newly licensed professionals are also encouraged to apply. About the Role This position focuses on helping individuals and families understand financial protection, retirement, and wealth-building concepts.

Responsibilities include:
  • Meeting with clients virtually or in person
  • Educating clients on financial planning and protection strategies
  • Assisting clients with identifying solutions that fit their needs after training and licensing
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications
  • Interested in building a career in financial services
  • Willing to obtain the necessary state licenses
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and professional
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
