Job Description

The best advisory work happens when you can give each household your full attention. If you've spent years earning trust — leading discovery well, explaining hard decisions simply, guiding families into retirement with care — you know the hardest part of this career usually isn't the advice. It's everything that keeps you from doing it. Allied Wealth is adding one experienced Financial Advisor to our home office in
The Woodlands:
a seat built for someone who wants to concentrate on advising and closing inside an established wealth-management practice. The practice you'd join We are a founder-led advisory firm that has served retirement-focused households since 2007. Our work combines investment management and financial planning, with income, tax, estate, and risk considerations integrated into one conversation. We have grown through education — seminars, workshops, TV, radio, video, and community programs that help people understand retirement decisions before they ever meet an advisor. The Woodlands office is the center of the firm: you would work close to our founder and executive team, not at the end of a long reporting chain. How you'd spend your week In conversations with qualified prospects and clients our education programs bring to the firm — rather than building every opportunity from a cold start. Building comprehensive retirement plans and guiding each household from discovery through recommendation, commitment, and implementation.
Deepening relationships:
careful follow-up, accurate documentation, referrals, and the long-term trust of the clients you serve. What you can expect from us Qualified firm-generated opportunities supported by an established education-led platform. A hybrid arrangement anchored in our The Woodlands office; we'll finalize the recurring cadence together. An employer compensation range of $80,000-$250,000, with the structure matched to your experience. Who we hope to meet An experienced advisor with a relationship-led style and genuine planning depth across investments, retirement income, taxes, estate considerations, and risk. Someone with quiet commercial confidence — able to ask for the business — and no appetite for pressure selling or product-first shortcuts. An advisor with credibility among retirement-focused households in The Woodlands or a comparable relationship-driven community. Credentials we require An active Series 65 or Series 66 (or a CFP, CPA, or CFA designation). An active life insurance license. This is a selective search for one seat, and we would rather have one right conversation than fifty applications. If this sounds like the way you want to practice, we'd like to meet you.
