Role:
Join Our Dynamic Team as an Associate Advisor! As an Associate Advisor, you'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role, supporting our clients and principal advisors. Your ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing variables will be key. We're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, is deadline-driven, and possesses strong organizational skills.
Client Interaction:
Comfortably engage with clients, providing exceptional service. Listen actively and respond professionally to client inquiries.
Operational Support:
Process account openings, transfers, and distributions in compliance with government regulations and company policies. Analyzing client financial situations, goals, and constraints across multiple planning dimensions. Prioritize telephone calls, emails, and daily account maintenance tasks. Assist with administrative duties.

As your skillset and interest expand, you'll have ample opportunity to take on more financial planning and client advisory functions.
Educational and Experience Preferences:
Undergraduate degree or higher Finance or Accounting degree
CFP, CFA, CPA
Series 65 or equivalent Minimum 5 years of industry experience

Pay range and compensation package:
Base Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000 based on experience
Bonus:
Tied to personal and firm results
