Bellevue, WA (In-Office) Job Summary Tschetter Group is an independent advisory firm focused on building life-long relationships with clients through a commonsense approach to investment management and planning. This position plays a key role in delivering a thoughtful, high-quality planning experience that helps clients gain clarity, confidence, and optimism around their financial lives. The Financial Planner works closely with relationship advisors and other team members to support the delivery of financial planning advice and strategies to clients. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining financial plans, identifying planning opportunities, supporting client meeting preparation and follow-up, and helping ensure consistency in the firm's planning process and client experience. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for someone who not only has strong technical planning skills, but also aligns with our culture, values, and mission. The right person will be collaborative, detail-oriented, client-focused, and excited to contribute to building and continuously improving the Tschetter Group planning experience. Duties and Responsibilities Provide exemplary client service and communication to high-net-worth individuals and families Embody the "Tschetter Group" way of caring for clients and connections while supporting and continuously improving the firm's planning offering Prepare, maintain, and update financial plans and planning analyses for clients Support advisors in identifying planning opportunities and developing recommendations across a variety of financial planning topics Assist in preparing for client meetings, including meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items Participate in client meetings at the advisor's discretion Serve as a resource to advisors and team members on financial planning-related questions and strategies Support the delivery of consistent planning processes, workflows, and client experiences across the firm Maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in all planning work Collaborate with advisors, service team members, and external professionals to help coordinate client planning needs Continue developing technical planning knowledge and staying current on industry trends and best practices Does not act as primary relationship manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree and CFP® certification required. Ability to serve as SME (subject matter expert) in one or more financial planning areas (e.g. tax, estate, business, retirement). Proficiency in financial planning software and ability to analyze financial data accurately. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. Drive and desire to help and serve others. High emotional and social intelligence.
