Steller Wealth Planning, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking an experienced Associate Financial Advisor (AFA) to join our collaborative, relationship-driven team. This role is intentionally designed for an advisor who wants to grow into leading client relationships, contributing to revenue growth, and developing into a long-term leader and potential equity owner within the practice — not a service-only position. Over time, the AFA will assume increasing responsibility for existing clients while helping expand the firm through new relationship development. Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3+ years of client-facing financial services experience Preferred Fully licensed (Series 7 & Series 66) preferred - the practice will sponsor and support licensing for the right candidate if needed. Benefits Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
Competitive starting range of $85,000-$95,000 (commensurate with experience)
Performance-Based Bonuses:
