Job Summary A growing wealth management firm in Redmond, WA is seeking a Financial Advisor for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, developing business opportunities, and helping clients make informed financial decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a network of prospective clients through referrals, networking, community involvement, and relationship development.
- Conduct introductory and ongoing client meetings to understand financial goals, priorities, and needs.
- Present personalized financial strategies and solutions in a clear, consultative, and client-focused manner.
- Manage client relationships from initial introduction through long-term partnership and ongoing communication.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and support additional financial planning needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance standards, and high-quality client service. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Competitive base salary plus bonus and incentive opportunity, depending on experience.

- Grow client relationships and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs and present appropriate wealth management solutions.
- Manage ongoing client communication, follow-up, documentation, and relationship development.
- Stay informed on financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Strong sales, business development, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients.
- Ability to work independently while managing client relationships and business development activities.
- Knowledge of financial services, investment strategies, wealth management, banking, insurance, or related client advisory services. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, financial services, insurance, banking, recruiting, or another relationship-focused industry.
- FINRA licenses, CFP designation, or other financial certifications.
- Strong community involvement or an established professional network in the Redmond or greater Seattle area.
