KerberRose Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Wellness Advocate to help employees make informed decisions about their retirement and investment options. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating others, simplifying complex financial topics, and promoting long-term financial well-being. The Financial Wellness Advocate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Conduct enrollment meetings to onboard employees into retirement plans. Educate participants on 401(k) plans, investment options, and basic retirement planning strategies. Assist employees with completing enrollment paperwork and understanding plan features. Lead employee education seminars to promote financial literacy and wellness. Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on retirement planning and investment basics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Prior insurance and/or financial experience preferred, not required Preference given to Series 65 licensed individuals Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner. Experience with retirement plans and investment products.
