Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Franklin, WI focuses on helping members and prospective clients understand and select life insurance and fixed annuity solutions that align with their financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting needs-based financial analyses, and developing personalized financial strategies and product recommendations. The role involves explaining product features and benefits in clear, accessible terms, preparing and reviewing proposals and applications, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions. Financial Professionals also follow regulatory and compliance guidelines, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive member experience and long-term relationship growth. Qualifications Ability to perform Financial Planning and apply core Finance principles to life insurance and fixed annuity solutions. Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, evaluate financial information, and interpret Financial Reporting data. Clear, professional Communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts and building trust-based client relationships. Relevant experience in financial services, insurance, or annuities, with knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Ethical decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Comfort with using CRM systems and basic office software to manage client information and track activities. State-appropriate insurance licensing (or the ability to obtain licensing within a defined timeframe).
