To learn more about the firm, visit http://www.rosemeyermg.com. Role Description The Financial Advisor Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Platteville, WI. The intern will support advisors in preparing retirement and investment plans, analyzing client portfolios, and assisting with research on financial products and strategies. Daily tasks may include gathering and organizing client data, preparing meeting materials, updating financial planning tools, and documenting client interactions under supervision. The intern will also help with administrative tasks related to account opening, maintenance, and compliance documentation. This role provides hands-on experience in a regulated advisory environment and opportunities to observe client meetings and learn best practices in comprehensive wealth management. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to interpret financial data and market information. Interest and skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, including understanding of long-term goal setting and risk management. Motivation to develop Financial Advisory skills, including client service, ethical decision-making, and clear communication. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial software, and common office applications. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional setting. Willingness to learn, take direction, and work collaboratively with advisors and support staff.
