Job Description
Summary:
Primary responsibility is to support the growth, enhancement, and maintenance of all aspects NMWMC's advisory platform including trading capabilities, proposal workflow, billing capabilities, investment policy violations, reporting, and integrated solutions. This role supports the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of NMWMC's advisory technology platform, partnering with product, compliance, and technology teams to ensure a stable, compliant, and scalable advisor experience. This position must have a basic understanding of investments and advisory products as well as advisory systems and associated integrations. Advisory Platform Sr.Specialist Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the Envestnet and FolioDynamix release process. Work with product team and other stakeholders on configuration and development backlogs. Responsible for supporting Wealth projects including requirements and testing. Responsible for the maintenance of Wealth Platforms. Level one resource for escalations and defect management including maintaining a defect tracker. Basic understanding of the strategic role IPS plays in the enterprise and how investment products integrate with insurance products. Basic understanding of the impact of regulatory compliance on assigned investment products and participates in project teams to implement necessary changes to products, programs or processes. Builds subject matter expertise working by working with the Advisory product and Advisory platform team.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics or related field or equivalent experience. 2 plus years of experience in financial services. Envestnet Experience Preferred. Experience with the Wealth Management or Investment industry, including product, pricing, and customer preferences. Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with ability to work within deadlines, prioritize work and multitask. Ability to build strong internal and external networks and utilize resources in the industry . Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to make effective formal presentations to small and medium size groups. FINRA•Non-Registered Fingerprinted. This position has been classified as an Associated Person under NMIS guidelines and requires fingerprinting and completion of required form.Non-Registered Fingerprinted•
