full-time About the Opportunity Our client, a leading North American organization, is seeking a Pricing Manager to join their growing team. This highly visible role will partner with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to drive pricing strategy, revenue growth, and profitability initiatives across the business. What You'll Do Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with company objectives and revenue goals Utilize pricing optimization systems and analytical tools to support dynamic pricing initiatives Conduct pricing, market, competitive, and customer segmentation analyses Evaluate pricing performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and market positioning Partner with cross-functional teams to implement pricing initiatives and strategic pricing actions Support pricing governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance Collaborate with IT and data teams on reporting, integrations, and pricing system enhancements Mentor and support junior team members as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline Experience conducting pricing analysis and delivering data-driven recommendations Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency with Excel and data analytics/reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau Experience with pricing optimization software is highly preferred Python or R experience is a plus Why This Opportunity? ?
