Job Description:

Legal Pricing Strategy Manager - Law Firm | Washington, DC We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Pricing Manager to partner closely with attorneys, firm leadership, and cross?functional teams to develop and execute pricing strategies that drive profitability, support client growth, and strengthen the firm's competitive position. This role is central to the firm's approach to RFP pricing, alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), rate strategy, and matter?level financial performance, ensuring pricing decisions are data?driven, commercially sound, and operationally executable.

Responsibilities:

The Pricing Manager will work directly with partners and practice group leaders on client?specific pricing solutions, negotiation strategies, and translate market and financial insights into guidance. Leading pricing responses for RFPs, supporting the annual rate?setting process, developing pricing templates and tools, and monitoring client and matter performance against budgets and key profitability metrics. Collaborate with Practice Management, Finance, Business Development, Legal Project Management, Client Solutions, IT, and Accounting teams to analyze matter data, enhance KPI dashboards, improve process efficiency. Supervise a team, conduct reviews, implement training, and supervise daily operations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of financial analysis experience in a law firm or professional services. Experience in budgeting, modeling, and profitability analysis. 2+ years of supervisory experience. A bachelor's degree.

Compensation:
