Job Description

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategies Associate to join our Card Pricing Terms & Conditions Strategies team. This role is focused on driving the successful delivery of pricing strategies and initiatives through agile methodologies and advanced rule deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product delivery, hands-on experience with Sapiens, and a proven track record of collaborating with engineering, technology, and product teams.
Job Summary:
As a Product Manager I in the Card Pricing Terms & Conditions Strategies team, you will assist with the execution of pricing strategies for our existing card customer base. You will manage the end-to-end campaign governance for Change in Terms (CIT) including rules creation, testing and oversight, collaborate with functional partners such as Product, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing, and ensure disciplined documentation, controls, and stakeholder alignment.
Job Responsibilities:
    Rule Deployment and Technical Expertise:
    Become adept at the design, implementation, and management of pricing rules and logic. Validate the accurate and efficient deployment of pricing rules, working closely with engineering and technology teams to address any technical challenges. Translate campaign strategies into Sapiens rules for all Change in Terms campaigns. Present strategies and validation evidence to governance. Run queries to build out performance analysis of modified rules. Assist in building tools in SAS to monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing rules, making data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
    • Ad hoc
    Analytics:
    Conduct impact analysis, scenario forecasting, & strategy performance monitoring using SAS. Identify potential use cases across the card platform.
      Campaign Execution:
      Partner with Campaign execution leads to ensure all execution milestones met with the corresponding evidence. Work with Pricing Execution team to review and remediate all exceptions within the control reports. Submit SAS files to support campaign execution. Perform ad hoc analysis to identify potential impacts of identified exceptions. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
      • Master's degree in Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • 1+ years SAS experience with knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining.
      • Ability to think independently, strategically, and provide creative solutions to challenges with data in a fast-paced environment.
      • Demonstrated ability to promote a strong control environment; adheres to risk/control procedures and escalates appropriately while delivering for customers. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
      • 2+ years' experience in credit card industry with a focus on pricing or card product features.
      • Solid understanding of Reg Z and CARD Act.
      • Customer-obsessed mindset; uses the voice of the custom.
