Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain pricing guidelines, playbooks, and best practices. Train Sales and Operations teams on pricing tools, assumptions, and pricing processes. Support annual price reviews, pricing adjustments, and contract renewals. Identify opportunities to improve pricing efficiency, automation, scalability, and standardization. Support leadership with ad hoc pricing analysis, reporting, and scenario modeling as needed. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field required; MBA preferred. 5-8 years of progressive experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial strategy roles. Experience supporting large, complex RFPs and strategic customer pricing initiatives required. Experience working with cross-functional Sales, Operations, and Finance teams preferred.Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Computer Operations:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as move management, accounting/billing, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), timekeeping and other applications used in the performance of job duties.Planning/Organization:
