Office Manager/Pricing Coordinator Status:

Position Description:
PURPOSE:
Office Manager provides many services to our customers, including answering and routing telephone calls, solving problems. Ensuring store pricing is accurate and hang weekly ad signs. Opening the store for the days business. They balance cash drawers, prepare store deposits, and complete the necessary paperwork. Office clerks work with computers, adding machines, cash register systems, and frequently use the store intercoms to make announcements and to contact various departments. In addition, they must be able to perform all duties of a cashier. Pricing Coordinators play a key role by being highly organized and pays attention to detail to ensure the store is accurately priced.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven ability to problem solve and effectively manage conflict. Ability to use good judgment and make difficult decisions that affect the safety and well-being of others. Ability to maintain effective communication and composure in a stressful environment. Must be able to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
