Type:

full-time The Pricing Analyst supports revenue optimization efforts by executing pricing strategies, monitoring pricing compliance, and analyzing pricing performance across the portfolio. This role maintains pricing data and systems, prepares revenue trend reporting, and provides analytical support to inform pricing decisions and business objectives. Executes monthly dynamic pricing and annual in-house rate increases (rent, care, community fees, and ancillary fees) per approved strategy. Monitors Room Rate Adjustments (discounts) and Community Fees against established guardrails; flags variances and exceptions to the Pricing Manager. Prepares RevPOR trend reports and supporting analysis for the Pricing Manager. Tracks and documents the results of all pricing changes. Maintains and supports the proprietary internal pricing platform; assists with enhancements and testing. Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor Degree 3-5 years of experience
