The Role:
Step into a role where strategy meets impact! As the Pricing & Regulatory Manager, you'll lead EA Network's electricity and fibre pricing - balancing commercial outcomes with regulatory requirements. You will lead pricing strategy and deliver insightful analysis and provide advice on new connections and investment decisions. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers and major customers whilst lifting data and analytics capability across the business. In addition, you'll contribute to industry and regulatory developments, ensuring that EA Networks is well represented. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insight to influence real business outcomes. Got what it takes?
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or relevant experience in a similar position.
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in a senior role.
  • Exposure to highly regulated environments and high-risk environments.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with proven experience driving high performance teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Working knowledge of the Regulatory frameworks and legislative requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Full New Zealand Class 1 Drivers Licence.
